    Free, about an hour. You describe what is slow, repetitive or falling through the cracks. We tell you whether we think we can help before anyone discusses money.

    The audit

    A fixed-price piece of work. We map the processes, talk to the people running them, and deliver the roadmap. It stands on its own — you are free to take it to any developer you like.

  3. 3

    Build, or hand over

    If you want us to build it, we quote per item from the roadmap so you can start small. If you would rather your own team built it, we brief them and stay on call.
